About Me

I'm a proud member of The Pennsylvania State University’s Class of 2025 where I received my BS in Psychology and minors in Sport Studies and Kinesiology. I am now pursuing my MS in Sport and Performance Psychology at Lock Haven University. I am in pursuit of my Mental Performance Consultant Certification (CMPC) and work under the supervision of Sarah Grippi-Snyder, an AASP certified Mentor.

I grew up playing softball and basketball all through high school and played Club Softball at Penn State. I have tried nearly every sport ranging from gymnastics to soccer to volleyball and have always loved staying active, which has led me to pursue a career path in Sports Psychology. My goal is to help athletes become their best self and promote all around good health and well-being!
